7-16-2010 Minnesota:A man accused of sexually assaulting his ex-girlfriends 12-year-old daughter has apparently committed suicide in a Dakota County Jail.
Dakota County Officials are investigating the apparent hanging of 42-year-old Raymond Ernest Cesmat.
Cesmat was booked for 1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct with a person under 12 years of age.
Dakota County Sheriff Dave Bellows says Cesmat was discovered by a correctional officer during rounds Friday afternoon. ..Source.. by KAAL TV.com
