10-20-2009 Texas:EL PASO — An El Paso police officer, arrested in March on a charge of aggravated sexual assault, committed suicide Tuesday, his attorney said.
Javier Alonzo, 43, a 16-year veteran of the El Paso Police Department, was suspected of assaulting a woman Feb. 24 at a home in West El Paso.
