CIRCLEVILLE — A man arrested on charges of pandering obscenities involving a minor in July was found dead at his East Mound Street home Thursday, the victim of an apparent suicide.
Jack D. Hensley Jr., 28, was pronounced dead at 3:59 p.m. Thursday at Berger Hospital after attempts to resuscitate him failed, according to Chief Wayne Gray, Circleville Police.
Gray said a member of Hensley’s family notified police Thursday that they feared he would harm himself and were looking for him. When they returned home, they found Hensley unresponsive in the garage.
Gray said he had rigged a charcoal grill inside his vehicle inside the closed garage, and investigators believe he died from inhaling the fumes, similar to carbon monoxide poisoning.
Hensley was arrested July 12 after reportedly being discovered with child pornography downloaded onto his computer. He was indicted by the Pickaway County Grand Jury in September and pleaded not guilty to pandering obscenity involving a minor.
A pretrial hearing was held Oct. 11 in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court, but no further details on the status of his case were available Thursday. ..Source.. by Trish Bennett Editor

Mr . Hensley was galant in his method of demize . It is with misfortune that the courts now will have to adjust the budgets of his conviction . At times Its more and more clear that there are no answers the department of justice can conclude when someone takes their own life . Jacks sacrafice will be heard around the world , as the only life that he took was his own is more than heroic . Now we know why - courts of plea $$$$ not who is producing it -and who might that be .
